Privacy Policy – DevConnect

This privacy policy applies to the DevConnect app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Wendel F Nogueira (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”), provided as an Ad Supported or Utility service. This service is intended to be used “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)

  • The pages/screens you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent inside the Application

  • The operating system of your mobile device

  • General usage analytics from third-party services

The Application does not collect precise or real-time device location.

User-Provided Information (Local Storage Only)

The Application allows users to enter and store personal information such as:

  • Name

  • Profile photos or other images selected by the user

This information is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage (React Native).
None of this data is uploaded to external servers, shared, or transmitted in any form.

Camera and Gallery Permissions

The Application may request access to:

  • Camera – to capture photos used inside the app

  • Gallery / Photo Library – to allow users to pick existing photos

These permissions are used only to enable the features in the Application.
Photos are not transmitted to the Service Provider or any third-party server.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to external services for app improvement.

The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including:

  • Google Play Services

  • AdMob (if enabled)

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
Use your device’s standard uninstall process.

Data Retention Policy

User-provided data remains on the device until:

  • You delete it manually inside the app

  • You clear the Application data from your device settings

  • You uninstall the Application

No personal data is stored externally.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If it is discovered that such information was provided, it will be deleted immediately from the device’s storage.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Application improperly, please contact the Service Provider.

Security

All personal data is stored locally on the device and protected by the mobile operating system’s security mechanisms.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding user information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
You are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Esta política de privacidade se aplica ao aplicativo DevConnect (doravante referido como “Aplicativo”), criado por Wendel F Nogueira (doravante “Prestador de Serviços”), fornecido como um serviço com suporte a anúncios ou utilitário. Este serviço deve ser utilizado “NO ESTADO EM QUE SE ENCONTRA”.

Coleta e Uso de Informações

O Aplicativo pode coletar algumas informações automaticamente ao ser utilizado, incluindo:

  • Endereço IP do dispositivo

  • Telas visitadas, data e horário de acesso e tempo de uso

  • Sistema operacional do dispositivo

  • Dados anônimos de serviços de terceiros

O Aplicativo não coleta localização precisa.

Informações Fornecidas Pelo Usuário (Armazenamento Local)

O Aplicativo permite que o usuário registre e armazene:

  • Nome

  • Fotos de perfil ou outras imagens selecionadas

Essas informações são armazenadas localmente no dispositivo, utilizando AsyncStorage.
Nenhum dado é enviado para servidores externos.

Permissões de Câmera e Galeria

O Aplicativo pode solicitar acesso à:

  • Câmera – para tirar fotos usadas no app

  • Galeria – para selecionar imagens do dispositivo

Essas permissões são usadas exclusivamente para funcionalidades internas do app.
As fotos não são transmitidas ao Prestador de Serviços nem a terceiros.

Acesso por Terceiros

Somente dados agregados e anonimizados podem ser enviados para serviços externos com o objetivo de melhorar o Aplicativo.

Serviços utilizados que possuem suas próprias políticas de privacidade:

  • Google Play Services

  • AdMob (se aplicável)

Direitos de Opt-Out

Você pode interromper toda coleta de dados desinstalando o Aplicativo.

Política de Retenção de Dados

Os dados permanecem no dispositivo até que:

  • Você os apague manualmente

  • Você limpe os dados do Aplicativo nas configurações do dispositivo

  • Você desinstale o Aplicativo

Nenhum dado pessoal é enviado a servidores externos.
